Difference between MB Quart and Hifonics?

Since they're both (among several other companies) owned by the same company Maxxsonics are there any differences in these makes? Both makes say they use Military Grade PCB. What amp brand did Maxxsonic originally manufacture before buying all of these companies? Which brand is more reliable? I guess all of these brands are made in China?
