Mostly looks. No more tensil lead slap, different basket and afew other small thing I believe.

different motor and basket...... the motors are very very similiar (if not **** near identical..... you'll hafta ask adire im not sure) in performance though.

lead slap issue was fixed in the mark II, as well as some cosmetic differences. they're pretty much identical performance wise.
