Yeah I remember back in high school, and even college that id be very brand specific in my purchases. Somehow my mentality was that if the wom3nz saw that I had off brand names, they wouldnt like me as much. How crazy is that ?

I think that when brand names became so accessable via the internet and there was SO many new distribution points for those brands, that name brand stuff didnt seem all that big of a deal to newer generations of consumers. But maybe im crazy on that ?

I just buy whatever now. I'll flip the cash for a real polo now and then.

You are not crazy. I cared in HS. In college, I didn't give a shit. But yeah, I was dumb, but still bought name brand if it was on clearance. But I recall when spending $40 on a shirt seemed okay.

I bought my last suit about 8 years ago when I still went into the office....it kind of doesn't fit anymore...haha
