Hi. I recently changed my rear speakers from pioneer too sony and they weren't producing any bass and didn't sound very good, so I took them back and put my old pioneer speakers back in. And now they aren't producing any bass. They were producing bass before I changed them.

make sure you didn't wire them backwards. I did that to my clarions because I had no clue which wire was which. Changed them and they hit pretty good for cheap 6x9's on 17 watts RMS.

its because you put sony in there jk umm but check your hu unit settings and if it's in phase but do you still hear anything

Doesn't seem to matter when I switch the wires around. Still sounds the same either way.

I haven't really adjusted any of my settings before or after I swapped speakers.
