no not at all but get a good mix of silicon not to sloppy and cover it

if ur really worried bout it put a tiny bit of goop/e6000 under the surrond...

im getting ready to fix a bad surround on a dd 3515 with E6000. just over 3 bucks at walmart is hard to beat.
