Did 2 of the big 3. Couldnt find engine ground, but..

I performed 2 of the big 3 on my caddy today because i could not find the engine ground. I dd this at my cousins shop so i even lifted the car and still found nothing.

I did:

0awg from battery positive to alternator positive

0awg from battery ground to chasis

0awg from alternator ground to chasis.

Since i completed the circuit upgrading alternator ground, is engine ground still needed to.be upgraded?

Btw, 2 15" solo L7 ported with hifonics brutus 2400. Power/ Ground = 0awg , 8awg speaker wire

when you grounded from the alt case to the body you did the engine ground no need to locate the factory.
