To take a screenshot press the "Prt Scr" button at the upper-righthand side of your keyboard, then open up your computer's Paint program. After it's open press the "Ctrl" and the "V" button at the same time. Your screenshot will then show up in Paint and all you have to do is Save As and make sure you save it a JPEG. Lemme know if you have a Mac cus this wont work on Macs.

I think if you contacted PayPal they could help because I'm sure they document all of that, even if you dont have the account anymore. It's worth a shot.
