Diamond or Boston Acoustics for mid & highes?

I'm debating...

Diamond D661 & D661i (rears)

or

Boston Z60 & SL60 (rears)

They are the same price either way for me.

I will be running with XTant 4.4 amp.

In that price range, the Diamonds are some of the best.

You cannot go wrong with either. Is there a place you can listen to them to decide which one you like better. It would be hard for me to pick between the two as I like them both about the same. I am kinda biased about the Diamonds as I have ran them several times but I really like Boston Z to.

I can see you are a Diamond fan... but comparing the D661 vs the Boston SL60 - the Bostons win. The Bostons had more realistic vocals, more mid-bass, and more clarity all around. The Diamonds were not as warm.

Now the HEX series was much better, but also not in my price range.

the tweeters are the same in the d6 and hex series. as far as midbass is concerned I dont think you could tell untill you had each in your car and tried them both. Granted yes I have hex's but I have had every line of diamonds since they first came out and have always sounded great.
