Diamond HP12 in 1.75 cubic ft @35/29 hz

I'm new to vented enclosures, so please bear with me.

I just bought a Diamond HP12, OCS was out of the D912D4 so I figured this was the way to go.

I'll start with this-

Vehicle : 1998 Range Rover

Location in the vehicle: Trunk on drivers side

Space available (Length x Width x Height): Length and width don't matter but it needs to be 18" or under tall.

Subwoofer make and model: Diamond Audio HP12

Subwoofer Size:12"

Number of Subwoofers:1

Type of Port (Kerfed, Slot, Aero, etc.): Vent?

What type of music do you like?: Rap/Hip Hop/Electronic/Pop

Is your goal SPL or Everyday Music?: Everyday

Tuning Freq (Hz):? Diamond specs say Fb 35 hertz, F3 29 hertz, not quite sure what it means but I'm assuming it has to do with this?

Volume : Diamonds specs say 1.75

Here's the link to the specs- (it's on page 7) http://www.diamondaudio.com/manuals/hex_pro_subwoofer_manual-2008.pdf

So would anyone do me a huge favor and design me a box with these specs?

No one?

I actually decided I want to go with a sealed enclosure.

The specs for the sealed enclosure are as follows-

HP12

Sealed Optimum

Vb (ft3) 1.0

F3 (Hz) 47

Qtc 0.689

Pe (W) 1200

So if anyone could design me a box, (honestly all I need are the outside dimensions) that would be fantastic. A cube box is totally fine. I'll be using 3/4 mdf, if that makes a difference.
