Diamond D3s? orrr type Rs?

hey guys has anybody heard them? or the CM3s? cause i think theyre abotu the same, but the D3s are just the new models.

i was considering two of these 12s for a nice little temporary system until i really pour thousands into my SQL setup //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif audio is a rediculously expensive hobby haha.

how would they compare to alpine type Rs? or to comp VRs? i was looking for more SPL i suppose.. but sq would be cool too.. doesnt matter cause i have terrible speakers so whatever i get wont sound great anyways.

any input would be nice.. i can get a pair for under 200 on ebay i think. anything else better for that money?

Ide go with the new diamonds, but the alpines do sound good. Both can put out decent spl, with good sq. Ide go d3 though

you cant go wrong with the CM3s which are now called D3s

I run one in my work car and its gets 500watts to a single 12

I beat the crap out of it with no mercy,I am sure the TypeR would have crumbled under the pressure I send to my CM3
