800 each is what they're peak is rated at. I only have like 250 to each right now though. In a .75 cubic from box. So with a new amp and.box will it be dramatically louder?

I would run around 500-600 each , and a new box... will be a big gain right there just from the box and power upgrade on them.. I had a sub on 400watts went to a better designed box and another 800watts on them it went from subtle to LOUD

But is there a better option for around 200? I would rather by new subs just because I like bigger. If this is the best choice I have ill go with it. But if some subs will be louder for 200 I'd rather spend the money. 200 is just for subs I'm still gonna upgrade the amp too.

would be a waste of money right now spend that on a new box, then if you want louder go with amp then subs.

I found two kenwood 12's for 140. Would those out perform these? I just wanna make sure I've got the best I can possibly do under my budget.

two D3 10's ported will get plenty loud on a solid 1000 watts rms in a Firebird. There was someone who had like 8 of the Diamond 1000 w amps in the classifieds here recently for like 150 ea, IIRC

Right now the loudest in my school is two p3 12's on a boss 2600 amp

I know that's not a very good amp so it shouldn't be too hard to beat it.

keep the diamonds at this point unless you plan on spending more after you sell them. btw what amp do you currently have?

if you don't port them right and give them good power, you will never know. You can get a good 12 or maybe a 15 that would get loud too, but you will need to be sharp with box skills and back it with da juice.

Don't look at it like I already have the subs look at it like I have 200.dollars and.I.could buy diamond d3s or any other sub in that price range. What would y'all recommend?
