This thing is kind of a let down. It is very clear and clean, yes. But for 600 watts, this sub is way too weak. It gets fairly loud, but it just wasn't as deep as I was hoping for. Maybe it just needs time to break in, but I must say I was not very impressed. Not to mention, my friends Alpine Type E was nearly as loud as this thing. The Diamond is a very clean sounding sub, but for loudness. It's not very good. I wasn't expecting King Kong but this thing barely beat an entry level sub. SAD.

And if you're going with 15s like your sig says then you're going to have the same problem with them small boxes.

You need ported boxes for all diamond woofers. just my preference.
