DI-LOG DMM question

I was recently going through a local garage sale in a nearby town and ran accross this for only 2 bucks.

It did NOT come with the leads, so I have to find some asap.

My question is where can I find some leads. do any fit, kinda like a universal fit???

any help would be appreciated!
