got a bill in today for $322.xx and I was about to proceed with a murderous rage, but instead I gave DHL a call and explained the situation. The situation was that the driver(who was in a pickup truck which was suspicious, but claimed to be helping the driver) who picked up my packages never gave my mom(I wasn't at home both accounts) ground labels instead only gave air labels and that was my first time shipping with dhl so i had no idea there were two seperate labels....I realized when tracking my packages tho that they shown up as next day, I figured oh well I better not get charged for it...this was like 4-5+ weeks ago and i'm now getting a bill....so to make this long *** story shorter the receptionist was nice and she informed that this happens alot and she worked it out to be 41 bucks(both packages ground) I think there still a joke tho the way you have to setup pickups....with ups and fedex your shipment is all setup online or over the phone and they save that in their records so if you was to claim you didnt want next day they show in their records thats what you chose. With dhl you gotta call them get a driver out and you put on your waybill what you would like, maybe not for the newb shippers but I know Tuan no longer uses them because they lost a package he was sending to me....they claim possibly because the label came off...this doesnt happen with fedex, ups... anyways.
