DEX-P9 Problems, Face won't open

Hey, been a while since I've posted. I picked up a P9 combo and got it Monday. Installed it, and it worked fine for the first few disks I tried out in it, but then after that the face won't flip down all the way or eject. It goes partway (like 1/3 most of the time, every once in a while about 60% of the way) and then slides back up. Sometimes the screen does not power back up after this. Anyone have some ideas?
