Clay bar the whole car, then use 3M Nu Finish. Have fun, you'll be busy for a few hours.

buy yourself a buffer.

i have found turtle wax's Ice brand wax to be one of my favorites. i use the rub on wax one that isn't liquid.

What you should really do is get a porter cable machine. Wash, Claybar, Polish, and Wax. Should take you anywhere from 6-12+ hours. I recommend Menzerna's polishes, P21S/CG waxes. Have fun, cause it will be near death after you are done, but the outcome is amazing.

it really depends on the depth of the scratches. Clay bar can work well but you can also mess the finish up pretty bad if you dont know what you are doing. Same for rubbing compound. Take your time and be careful. Also if they are all the way to the metal you may want to touch them up first.
