I dont know man, that seems like a lot of work to go talk to him. And it still doesnt change the fact that he could have a group of people waiting there to beat the fu.ck out of you. Do you plan on knocking on his door? He could simply call the cops say you are trespassing and/or harrassing him.

yeah, going to his door and lookin for this guy even if it is just to talk to him may not be the best idea... he could be waiting there to fight you, call the cops on you or anything... you shouldnt have posted that you were going to do that because now, he still may not want you to talk to him.

Got a PM from Denial. He said he would give me my money back. He said, he thought I had the amp that's why he wasn't answering my pm's for like 2 weeks. Even though the pm's were titled " Where's my AMP!". I don't trust him, So we'll see what happens.

well that ends it I guess... once you get your money back anyways... but where's the amp? He said he thought you had it... which makes me think that he did not have it, so where was it? something is still fishy... I think he is getting scared and knows he has to give your money back... and he still has the amp sitting in his home.

that's still messed. Where did the story about you not wanting it because of the scratch come from? There are obvious lies coming from him either way you look at it or whatever story that you believe from him.

And if he does not have the amp now and really did send it... even if you didn't recieve it, I wouldn't give you the money back yet. I would file a report with UPS to see what happened. But I think he knows he didn't even send it so making a fake report would be dumb.

Basicly, any way you look at it, he knows he was wrong and owes you the money.

Why do you keep playing games with him? Go to the police, he's had plenty of time, he's just jerking you around again. Call the prosecutor in his city and talk to the police in your town, and I'm sure they can help you out. You've already waited long enough, he's just making up excuses to buy time. Do yourself a favor and let the justice system get you your money back.

Even if he did send it and somebody intercepted it they still would be @#$%ed with a tracking # and he would be safe with insurance. Although I never got a working tracking #. So I bet he still has it....

Quit ****ing around with him, and take him to court and press charges, he's the one that will need to provide the proof that he sent it out UPS. You already have PM's and other shit that says he's full of it.
