Please explain how every American will have health insurance without the added tax burden on those that CAN afford it, or a sever decrease in quality. Because surley all those that can't afford it, and want it handed to them will cost the tax payers. So what is your solution to our heallthcare system?

This is an actual proposal by DEMOCRATS, what don't you understand about that? It is a set proposal, basically its a law, yet to be in place *******.
