LoL sorry man, sounds like a bad runaround... from 00-03 I was a customer service rep for Dell and eventually became a 1st tier supervisor, the company 10 years ago was vastly better than it is now. Write Michael Dell a letter, usually something will come about from it. I"ve seen some nice "Michael Dell Issue" requests come thru... one was very funny though, some guy was having a really hard time and an MDI came about and the guy got a Dell COFFEE MUG LMAO, at first that was all I could see but another screen showed he got some serious $$ back too so good stuff comes about if you have enough lube and stamina for the proper anal blasting that will occur. If you want freebies just threaten to return your computer w/in the first 30 days and we had up to like $160 to play with in cash and product and if you pushed past that the 'real Dell reps in Cust Priority Solutions' could really hook you up... but thats common knowledge, its called screwing the man!
