Well I sent my Head unit (Eclipse CD7000) back to eclipse because of the display glitch.. and they sent me a brand new one! My old one was all beat up and had scratches all over the face.. Hurray for Eclipse. Service through http://www.eclipsediamondservice.com was awesome. I'd recommend it to everyone. They send you a prepaid box you send it back you can even track what they do on the website. The best part.. it took less than a month !

They have always had good customer service, IMHO. Have helped me a couple of times.

yup the big knob kinda kills it but yea it does sound awesome i just finished installing it and... ahhh its good to finally have some music back in the car.
