Delco Radio Wiring Question

I'm working on getting the radio going again in my 2000 GMC C7500 truck. It's got a plain Delco AM/FM radio that's currently on it's last legs. I'd like to replace it with an aftermarket head unit. That said, I can't figure out exactly what kind of wiring harness this thing uses. There isn't a lot of information out there on the audio systems for these medium duty trucks. What kind of wiring harness do I need to buy to get this thing running again? Here's a few pics of what I've got. Thanks guys.

this lookd to have the same setup as would be in like a 94 chevy pickup. If it has the controller in the upper right corner of the dash right in front of the driver and an eq and or tape player in the center vent area then you will need these.

if this is in fact the type of setup I am thinking of. Going off only one of the pics you posted the other one didnt let me link to them. The radio brain itself is seperate from the controller and should be located behind the dash to the right of the steering column.
