DEI Screwed ME

Well i sent in my orion 2500D back in jan cause it burnt up some how. well i got it back today in a very beat up box. so i opened it up and what do i find, my factory refurb amp that was supposed to just be replaced by a new 2006 model. well i take a look at it and the secondary power and ground connection is now broke and i have these little white peanut shipping things stuck to my amp. im not say dei in total is a bad compnay cause **** near my whole car is dei but im a little weary of sending my amp back into dei to get replaced again.

i would definatly send it back if the terminals are broke, Does the warrenty state it will be replaced or does it say repaired?

its mostly install dependant but i would say hellz no unless you really know what you are doing. and be carefull cuz your h2's might fall apart with that much power, no im not kidding, fall apart.
