Deh-P860MP Ejecting issues

When I got the unit last week everything worked fine but the screen having a few lines on it. Now after a while it doesnt always want to eject CDs all the way, if I push up on it a little it comes out the rest of the way just fine, anyone got a fix or know if i can fix? Also open for suggestions on the screen (ribbon?)

those ribbons dont last very long... I had an 8600 that did the same thing
