Deck Won't Power Up; Harness Question

Okay, so I bought a Clarion MAX675VD from SonicElectronix and I can't get it to power up.

I believe it's the harness for my '03 Navigator.

There are three plugs on the stock harness that look exaclty like this....

Now the larger white connection actually fits into my harness on the Navigator. However, there are two more connectors from the stock harness that do not fit into anything.

The installation guide that came with my Scosche harness says that two speaker connectors will not be used on my harness at the same time. So, I'm sure that only leaves the large grey connector (that the manual says is for the Premium power).

Here's a pic of that...

Now, if I am suppose to use this large grey connector, maybe that's why my deck isn't powering up. I tried a DMM on the prongs coming out the harness and I didn't get any Voltage. But I am thinking that both connectors have to be jumped out to send power. Does that make sense?

Any idea where this grey adapter is located? Anyone with Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Premium sound every recall seeing this connector?

If I don't have it, or if I don't need it, then why isn't my deck powering up?

Which harness do you have; the top or bottom?

Does the factory radio have an antenna connection?

Any chance you can post a picture of the actual factory plugs behind the head unit?

Does your head unit have a ground cable that needs to be plugged into a ground separate from the harness? I just installed a pioneer for my friend yesterday and at first it wouldn't power up because I didn't use the ground wire, since I didn't have to use it on my old head unit, I bolted it down to clean sheet metal and it powered right up.

^ what would be considered early production and late production of the '03 Navigator?

Also, I have pics because I was taking them as I installed the deck and headrests.

Oh, and that first pic is what the factory harness looks like and what exactly plugs into the factory radio.

The second pic is the harness I have. However, the harness has an extra plug that contains the connector that plugs into the harness in my truck.

The connectors in the second pic are actually what's left because none fit in my factory harness. Also, the manual says that no more than one speaker connector will be used.

That only leaves that large grey connector.
