ok haha. I guess I'll get the jvc even though my gut tells me the clarion is better overall. But the jvc come with all the stuff I need too. And the clarion I want is used.

I might not have enough for the clarion right now :\ unless I get this one for around 100 then I gotta get wiring harness and mount kit and all that... Ugh

gives u a higher preamp voltage if im correct?? so the 2 volts on the jvc could be higher with a line driver? idk though i'm sure someone will say if i am right or not. sorry if im wrong lol.

Still stumped in this. Like do i wanna go 130 dollars for a brand new unit. or do i wanna go 160 and still have to buy a mounting kit and a new wiring harness...

money wise its gonna be the jvc. I could always get a line driver, but 2v sub preouts never bothered me before. Maybe i didn't know what i was missing. Ill have my decision made by about midnight tonight.

HU preout voltage isn't the be all to end all. it does matter, but you shouldn't base your whole decision on it.

if it bothers me i will get a line driver down the road. I do like the time alignment on the clarion. But i wish there was a way to weigh them against eachother. Ugh
