Yea, thats kinda hating it. Zero space between the speaker and the door panel. I was able to double baffle my rings...lucky.

Kick panels maybe?

Well just did a measurement on the black plastic piece. Looks like theres enough room to cut out a 6" hole. I measured the stock speaker at about 3" depth, which i believe is what i heard the PG RSD's are?(can anyone verify this? and is this with the grill or just the speaker itself) Anyways, im worried if it will fit with a MDF Baffle or not. Also would it make a difference if i just used a plastic baffle and some deadner around the ring?

I'd lay the original speaker on a piece of mdf, trace it, cut it out and then cut a hole in it large enough for the new speaker to fit. Piece of cake.

what do you mean? my stock speaker is 4x6 and the new one is 6.5".... Im not following what you are trying to say
