I am deciding to build a new box out of boredom. Its housing my old hdc3 12" aluminum coil. I drive a acura rsx, and have figured out it sounds better with the port up. I havent tested moving the woofer, because my woofer and port are on the same side. So do you think it would sound better with the woofer facing the trunk and the port facing up. Anyways im figuring box specs 24 wide, 16 tall and 16 wide with .75 mdf. Its about 2.73 cubes and i want to tune it to 34 hz. All i care about is lows, not trying to build a sq box or a spl box just one to hit lows. Im trying to work on a port design any suggestions would be appreciated. I plan on building it saturday.
