Well... I WAS going to try and be different and NOT do a 2 12's set up like everyone and their brother. Especially around my city...

I WOULD get myself an OA 18" but since they're over 100 days out I think I'll wait until later on and just get a good set of 12's...

I'm looking for 2 12's that will handle around 1k, maybe a little more. Budget is around $200 for both. Can go a bit more. Just looking for something that will get loud on a pretty strict budget... Don't really wanna spend more than $250.

SUGGEST AWAY.

Or.. If you have something else in mind around my budget and power handling, that will get down, suggest away...

Whatever it is, it's going in a Mazda Protege. I POSSIBLY would have room for 4 10's but that's pushin it.

I would run them. Have ran 2 of the 15's for a month or so. They are really good for the money and will actually play pretty low. They shouldn't play like they do based on the price.
