How many decibles does an average loud system have? I know nothing about decibles and was wondering how many i wanted?

That is waaay to general. There are so many varible to factor in to give any type of estimated readings.

capacitor add 2

8ga power for more than 1000watts add 10 or so

stickers on your car help

On top of that, a Type R sticker on the cone of your sub will add 10 or so. If you write TCAB on your box with a magic marker you gain over 30 from what I hear.

10 if it's a trunk'd car, 15 for a hatchback. Write TCAB on the box and you're pushin 40 or so.

so

12*1.5=18

and

18*500=9000

with that, we know..

900/10 = 90

so according to my calculations, i do not know.

Dang my 40deebeez was close to the actual calculation.

40-90 is barely audiable.

Man, both my JL dub 7s have TCAB written on them. The box isn't a TCAB so I figure 1/2 the 10deebee gain per speaker so I'm back up to 10deebee.
