i beleive there is one for sale atm in the classifieds section on this forum, they are not cheap however. 400 or more.

TL is short for Term Lab. They make meters that let you measure how loud your stereo is. Term Lab seems to be the most common brand. I'm no expert and never used one. You can find them online.

Find someone locally with a term lab. Search first, if you come up empty, make a thread asking if someone locally has one.

Term labs aren't usually something someone w/a daily setup even cares about having.. for example I've had over 10 systems in my car, only metered maybe twice.

If you're competing or have a goal for your system THEN you'd invest in one..
