OK, so did the mixing blade kill him when it hit him or was he killed by the 120 degree chocolate? I'm guessing 120 degree chocolate isn't life affirming.

You can only speculate whether or not he was knocked out when he was entering the vat. However, I'm guessing 120-degree chocolate will wake you up if you are indeed knocked out. My guess is that it was an "in turn fatal blow" not a "fatal blow" as stated. Anyway, his fam will be getting paid by Mixer Blade Co. and Chocolate Company Co.
