Too bad SM's thread is deleted, cause I had some really good points in there relating to TOS violation and whatnot. I never did get an answer other than he never said he violated anything, and that I was only assuming...then I pointed out where he openly admitted to using a friendds facebook account, which is in clear violation of the TOS. Alas, such an interesting discussion will never be finished now.

Wrong. 1 person was banned. Bumpinboat. Parker ( allcrispedup ) was banned for post dumping before that incident happened. And you yourself said all the info was wrong so why be pissed, sounds like you have nothing better to do than be pissed.
