Not really I'm a rigger for cranes. I'm in charge of how stuff gets hooked to the crane while doing it safely. I might have a Forman now that might be a rigger on the next job where I may be Forman and vise versa. There's alot of money in it my pay is 28/hr + (55day tax free) and i average 60-70hr weeks. I bring home 2k a week without a terrible lot of work
