What do you consider 'lows' to be? Are you asking if 10's in general can play low, or the 9510's specifically? How much power are you running and in what vehicle?

The 9500's i've heard play just fine in the low 30's. My bud actually had a 9512 in an accord. It sounded real nice with the box facing the front of the vehicle and the seats down.

Tuned to 35Hz, yes it will play 30Hz just fine. Keep in mind that the size of the woofer has minimal impact on its frequency response.

Yep. You've found a good sub, so the box has to be on par.
