When did they make these?

9000 series was the precursor to the 9500 series. This one is probably from around 1998-2000. The first ones had a 7" inverted tight weave cf cap. They came with several different versions and diameters of dome cf caps for a few years after. That pattern of weave was a pretty short run. I've seen it before, but not very often. It looks like it may have possibly been reconed by dd around 2001-2003 judging by the surround. They didn't reuse the original 7" inverted cap unless you asked them to.

Also, the sub has been sitting for 2 years, I only ran it on around 500 rms. I have some of the T/S specs for it somewhere....
