DD owners, please help with box design for my 9512

[trailz516 10+ year member]

My box right now measures 28 x 16 x 13(internal dimensions) and a port 2.5 x 13.5 and 26.75 deep. I think i can be much louder with a better box design. Im thinking about cutting out the port i have, sealing the box up and then porting through the top of my box and through the opening in my rear deck using some PVC tube or something for now. Does anyone have any idea's.
