DD M2b going into protect. sub wires shorted. worth fixing or selling?

Like stated my subwoofer box slid around in my truck and ripped the wire terminals out and they were shorted out together so now my amp will go straight to protect. Is this possible a simple repair or is the amp still worth selling?

I'd personally pop it open and take pics of what looks burnt and email someone like amp medics, or dbr. Unless it's still under warrenty that is.
