i just got this today from ups from a guy son here. the problem is that when i plug my rcas into the inputs on the amp there is no out but when i plug it into the slave input it works but i do not have any control on the gains. what could be wrong with it. i was thinking the rcas are bad.

Try switching the switch on the right to "Output Master".

out went out this mornin' and switched it back to output and now it works thanks for the help
