DD highs

I want to replace my 6.5 components and 6x9s with dd stuff. But, im kinda on a budget. Ive got a friend who has a shop and says he could give me a set of 6.5 low end components for 100 bucks. I was gonna get a set of those and get DDW6.5 Mid-bass/Mid-range Driver - DDAudio.com | Digital Designs : Speakers Made in the USA aswell. But, Im starting to think i could put the midbass speakers in the doors and get a separate set of dd tweeters to get the best of both worlds and save myself some cash.

I guess the moral of this question lol is that I want to know how much a set of the dd midbasses usually run, and would it be worth the trouble. Also I wanted to know if anyone knows if dd sold tweeters separately. Their website leaves me in the fog alot.

Id ask dd but unfortunatly they are closed for the holidays lol and I am kinda in a hurry to get some answers.
