Sold DD 9918c w/ Dual 1.5ohm coils

I got a 9918c I'm considering selling, I just bought it maybe 2 months ago from Chad Hicks on here. When I got it it had a fresh recone and never seen power. It's been sittin in my floor in the box up until 3 days ago when i installed it. Sounds good, and works fine....Powered with a Memphis 4kw .7ohms for maybe 5 minutes total, the rest of the time I've had it at 3ohms...no more than 2 hours total play time on this.

Lookin to get 625 + shippin/paypal fees obo., but I'm stayin pretty firm on that since im takin a loss and its practically new.

Cancel the sale....sub fried today //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Idk what exactly happened...but its locked up....so Now I guess I will have the motor for sale along w/ 18" basket, unless anyone can tell me the cost of a recone for this sub...

If anyones interested in the motor/basket make me an offer.

Call DD and ask. My 9515 was $252 to get reconed and thats with shipping. The composite cone to make it a 9915 was an additional $300. Not sure how much for an 18 how much it would be. But my cost also included dual 1 ohm coils and a new CF 6.5" dustcap.

any reasonable offers? I could send it in for a recone and then sell it for the same price i was askin and still end up w/ more than that. I've seen f motors alone go for far over that, this includes an 18" basket, which if im not mistaken isn't cheap.

just the motor and cone are worth $400 the recone is around $150 plus shipping

Ima check on recone prices...if anyones interested i will send it in to DD, and have new coils put on and them ship it to the buyer. The sub will basically be new, and buyer can choose the coil config. Let me kno if any r interested in that.

lowest i would take is 450+ship for the sub as it is....all that is needed is to b sent bak for a recone ($150). you'd basically have a like new 9918 for 600+ship.

If no one is interested in that ima go ahead and ship it back myself and get it fixed.
