I am sorry guys I have a pic that shows the serial number of this sub it is a 9500f as TOMMYK90 pointed out. I bought this sub and it was advertised as a 9515f but it is in fact a 9500f. Still a better than great deal but I wanted to make sure everyone knew this is 9500f.

tommyk90 what is the difference and how did you know as I obvisouly never even noticed and I own it. This is the first DD I have owned though.

Wait a minute the serial number or number shown here is just what series it is right? 9500f but wouldnt it still be a 9515f as it is a 15 inch sub? I thought that was how DD did it? Anyone know for sure?

how much rms can this handle? can it run @ .5 ohms?

I believe you can run it at .25ohms, 1ohm, and 4ohm.

1500wrms but can do burps at 6000watts!!!

I just had never seen a 9500F with 3 slugs, ever. Plus the slugs are actually a different size than my F motor (they aren't as tall). Also, the top plate looks to be different as well.

It could be a prototype. Who knows. The 9500 only signifies the model number. My 9510 says 9500F as well. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif So since your sub has a 9500F model number, that does make it a 9515.
