Dd 9212?

At my work we have what the owner says are 2 DD 9212's? I'm not a DD expert but looking up on the digital designs website and also on google I can't find jack s&^* about these but I want them.. He got them awhile back from a kid that completely roached them, so my boss reconed them and replaced all soft parts etc etc.. I've never heard of these and can't find any specs and he thinks they're only like 450rms a piece but from the looks of these, that looks extremely low.. He'll sell them to me for a great price but I want to know some info on these before I waste money.. I am curious to know the basics or more of course but really I'd like to know the rms and recommended box size and do they conservatively rate their subs..

Any info would be great and unfortunately theres no labeling on these stating what they are..? Idk if that's common for DD since, like I said earlier, I'm not a DD expert.. I've just heard great things about them....

I don't have any pics unfortunately but Ik for a fact just by looking at the 9512's its not those.. I'll go look on their website and look for one that's reasonably close and post a link

Also it has 8 gauge leads instead of terminals like the 9512s...

Im thinking it might be like the 3500 series

Could be 9012's or a different style of 9512 that isn't on the DD site.

It's an older model, not 3500 or 9500, but probably most similar to 3500, I believe they were more SQ oriented, but don't quote me.

haha either way.. does anyone have any "opinions" on these?? either the 1500 or the 3500.. and does DD underrate their stuff?

Maybe I'll just call DD tomorrow and see if they can get me some info.. I just need to know some info before buying them...

Easy to tell between the 1500 and 3500, do they have stamped baskets or cast?

And just about every DD woofer is awesome, and underrated by anywhere from 20-40%.

Without pics it's really hard to tell you exactly what they are.

DD changes stuff so regularly that it's hard to keep up sometimes.

They look a lot like those but a bigger magnet and the magnets stamped with DD

That is a 15" so the mag on the 12 will look bigger. here is another picture
