I intend to put two 1508's S4 in the wifes 09 TSX (Trunk). I did a little research and found out the some reccomend a loading wall for reliabilty and maybe a little gain.

My question is a loading wall absolutly neccessary for this type of application. they will be powered by zx1000.1

ok, my only problem now is how i'm going to include in my box design. I wonder if its ok to build two sepereat walls. one on far left & right W/ Areo port in the middle. Both subs and port will be firing towards the rear and I would preferably rather not block any port flow given the wall will be about 4 inces away from the front baffle.

Any suggestions on wall or port placement?

Do the subs as a down fire.
I thought of that but didn't want risk any loss of output into the cabin. I had figured rear firing was a safe bet. But in anycase I might actually give it a shot if not satisfied with rear fire. and in the event i do down fire what is usually the best port placment?
