Just listing some details about the agreement for the future...

Below is the description of the XBOX360:

"its a premium box with an elite hardrive on it... the comes with halo 3, a controler, multimedia remote, headset, and if you want ill throw in my xbl account as well (still has 8 months on it)

i can guarentee this box will not get the RROD and it shouldnt have the disc error ever either

it can come with a normal white case or a fleckstone/ flat black case"

i forgot to tell you use the controller or media remote to turn the unit on since the power buttion on the faceplate has been blacked out
