i heard they are a little under rated?

and i would buy a used orion for 400 but i have stock electrical and someone told me this would be fine on my stock electrical if i have good wiring

that looks like it will be fine since my amp is 1600RMS and that says 2000watts

do you know of any good wiring kits for cheap

go to the wiring and electrical section and there is a sticky in there that explains what it is. it's the wiring between your battery and alternator. personally, for 1600 watts, i would go with o/1 guage from the batt. to the amp, especially when you find out that the sub is gonna drown out your stock speakers. you might want to ugrade later and put some speakers in your doors that will keep up, which will need a second amp.

that's at 1 ohm. 2 can be strapped together, but only at 2 ohms, giving 2000 watts.

but still 1600RMS @ 1 ohm @ 12 volts thats perfect for a stock electrical system like mine wouldnt you say

no. upgrade alt. and batt. wiring. you will still be pulling alot of amps.
