DC lv2 VS sundown SA

hello i was looking to do a budget build and im looking between the dc level 2 15's and sundown sa 15's. anyone have any info on which would work better? or how different the subs are according to the t/s specs they seem similar on paper. im going to be using a sundown 3000d and running 4 15's. looking mainly for a daily ground pounder.

im currently running 2 sa8s at 1ohm on an AQ2200d... giving them a solid 1800 rms... they love it and dont get stinky at all

Yeah, the SA is a step above what the lvl2 is...lvl2 is a solid sub but just not in the same class.
