dc 175.4 power

has any one test the dc 175.4 for actual power?? the board looks like the same as the crescendo 1100.4 but at bit more beefed and the crescendo is rated 1200rms bridged. i am getting a used one and i want opinions and also on sound quality?

They do rated and then some as all dc amps. The sound quality is definately better than the cresendo If your getting it for a good price. Then worth getting

I have both amps, haven't noticed ONE single diff in sound. Both are very solid amps....

Yes I've installed both in the past to me the dc sounds better and as a matter if fact the vfl 350-4 sounded better than the dc. And they to ate identical. But the vfl has a higher dampening factor and a few different placed parts. What I'm saying us just because they look the same doent mean they are Next thing your gonna say is that the bzi amp is just as powerful as a saz because they have the same board

I don't buy hifonics junk or overpriced sundown stuff, so no I won't say that.

More power to you if you heard a diff, but 99.9% of us won't...
