Looks like DB-R is getting slammed with repairs. I love local places.

EDIT: DB-r is not the only place to have amps fixed. http://www.AmpRepairCenter.com they have done a bunch of amps for me and I've had zero issues with the amps and the owner is a really good guy.

dbr doesn't charge to diagnose the amp that in itself makes them a cut above the rest.

You are a Sundown Dealer? we are your Authorized repair center for Sundown.... Did you know that? We are also a new and refurb sundown dealer as well. I have never heard anything good about ARC except from you. Not trying to hate on them, but I think if you do a quick search of this forum for Amp Repair Center you will find lots of posts hatin on them. Maybe they have turned things around? That's good if they have. I don't mind competition, and I need to find worthy places to re-direct some of my "discount store brand" amp repairs to.

By no means am I hating on you or your company. You work speaks for itself and I can't say that your a bad guy. Yes I'm aware that your a dealer and our repair center. However, I've dealt with ARC because it is easy for me to run down there, drop off an amp, and have it back in perfect condition. I can't say anything bad about them because I've had several amps fixed by them and they all work great. They have taken care of me and my amps and I believe they are a good company. It's just 90% of the people on here think your the only person that can repair an amp. I go by quality of work and if ARC wasn't local, I'd send my amps to you. Unfortunately some people just don't know better. I am shocked that 90% of people on here recommend us for repairs. Wow. Really? I'd have to look. I'll search on here for anything bad on ARC but I think it is irrelevant. Any business is going to have a bad experience with at least one customer. It just happens. Every business that cares will resolve the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. I see DB-r come up on here as a place to send a broken amp to more than any other company. That's not a bad thing at all though. It's great for you. I'm just saying theres more companies out there. ARC takes pride in their work and they went the extra mile on my amps. But then again, so do you. I've seen your work on your site and I've heard nothing but good things from many people. I'd send any of my amps to either one of guys because your quality of your work. I wouldn't trust many places to fix my VLX-400 if it ever broke.
