Okay...I've now used them 3 times. The first time was to purchase a B stock Sundown amp. The 2nd time was to repair the amp. Now, I've just used them again to repair the same amp. I've had a wonderful experience with them each time. Communication is always fast and the what was done to repair the amp is detailed! They set the bar high when it comes to quality repairs and customer service!!

now you have to figure out why you blew the same amp 2x so it dosent have to go to db-r again. chris is good shit...

Lol. Sounds like good customer service, but id be pissed if an amp i bought from him blew 2 times. Is it your fault youre blowing it or what?

I can see how a person would think that....Most people would be pissed if their amp kept breaking....Especially if they didn't think it was their fault!

With the money spent on repairs you probably couldve bought an extra battery or an HO alt. Funny how that works out eh?

That is sooo true....I've pretty much decided I'm gonna start with getting a HO alternator...I've gotten quotes from Mechman and DC Power for a somewhat mild alternator (around 160-170 amps) and it'll run me a little over $200..
