I get a leather jacket for winning nationals.congrats tommyk for winning nationals though
do you get a ring for that, or just for WF
coolI have yet to bass race yet. Will be giving 49.9 a try for my first time soon //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
x2 on that. If you can't get up to a 152-153 on music then 149.9 is going to be pretty much impossible unless you get a dead on perfect start every time.cool
"Bring it"
if there are any ?'s or tips i can give you, id be glad too.
if you cant get any practice runs in wherever you compete, redlight your qualifier and let it rip the whole time, that way you know if you can even run a 49.9
Because if you cant run a 49.9 on a redlight, then you cant run it on a perfect start either.
You only have to turn your car off after 2 ties.my max average on music, sealed up for 30 seconds is 151.0 db
its not hard to run that perfect score, but if i were to get a late start, id never catch up
my starts arent perfect, but they are close
can i do it with the car off?
i doubt it
Tommy, did they make you turn off the cars while running?
That would probably kill a lot of people's scores. Especially if you have to run 2 or 3 times back to back. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifoh
someone mentioned that they might make the competitors turn the car off because its an indoor event.
thats all...
It was more fun just not having to rebuild 12 subwoofers this weekend. Thank God for subs that can take abuse!Sitting in Tommy's truck with his new subs is absolutely INSANE...

The King of Bass subs held up very well. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifuhh....ok
I am referring to the fact that everytime we go to world finals (or any major show that Tommy is at), we had to rebuild at least 12 of his subs. This weekend, we had 2 sub failures. NO sub failed due to a coil loss, spider tearing, glue releasing, or ANY of the reasons the old subs did EVERY SINGLE TIME he ran his truck at a major show. Matter of fact, I never smelled that dreaded stench of burned coil the entire weekend!
